  1. Dear Aniisu, your views on the participation by leadership in communications is a make-or-break point for most organizations. Buy-ins is not only about getting budgets sanctioned but also about driving leadership views and direction by the team. Most often, if the leadership has a handshake approach rather than a hands-down, this works well for the corp team and others.
